Leilah Hodges is an illustrator and visual artist born and based in the San Francisco Bay Area. She graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2025. She recently received the Jason Polan Scholarship Award from the Society of Illustrators. Her work is driven by her everyday curiosity and deep-rooted love for local community, the natural world, and animation.

Outside of her practice she loves to travel, hike, and read!
